While Canada's federal election is looming and only days away, this video surfaced that, in my view, speaks volumes about the nation's incumbent Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
He comes off as out of touch and incoherent on issues and "sound bites" that he should already have down having been in office for over three long years.
He also appears to have more trouble speaking than G.W. Bush and often trails off into oblivion, repeating the same words over and over almost in classic OCD fashion.
At one point, he mistakenly conveys the truth that he plans to raise taxes before abruptly being corrected by his handlers.
If this video is any indication of the real Stephen Harper, Canadians have a lot to worry about.
